1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a woman to use our app. By using our app, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you post on our app, including text, photos, and other materials ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Content in connection with our app and our business. You represent and warrant that: (a) your User Content is original and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (b) your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations; and (c) you have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions to use and post your User Content on our app. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms and conditions or our community guidelines.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) Posting any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or discriminatory; (b) Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity; (c) Using our app for any commercial or promotional purpose without our express written consent; (d) Interfering with or disrupting our app or servers or networks connected to our app; (e) Using any automated means to access our app or collect data from our app; (f) Circumventing any measures we take to protect our app or its content; (g) Engaging in any other activity that violates these terms and conditions or our community guidelines.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our app for any reason, without notice or liability to you. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings.
5. Dispute Resolution
We encourage users to resolve disputes or complaints directly with the other party involved. However, if a dispute cannot be resolved, we may provide mediation or arbitration services to help resolve the issue. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of our app shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, and any legal action or proceeding related to such dispute or claim shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.
6. Data Privacy
By using our app, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information merely for in-app functionalities. We do not sell your data to third-parties or use it for in-app advertising purposes.
7. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by posting an updated version on our app. Your continued use of our app after the effective date of the revised terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
